Setup fees and monthly service fees are agreed before work begins. Advertising spend is paid separately to the relevant advertising platform and is not part of Veelora’s agency fee.

Clients own their completed website and commissioned assets, including code and content they provide, Third-party assets remain subject to their respective licenses.

Timelines depend on timely feedback and content delivery. Ongoing maintenance is governed by a separate agreement.
